- This application is a post−closing notification of the pro forma assignment of domestic, registered receive−only earth stations from ESPN Regional Television, Inc. ('ERT') to ESPN Productions, Inc. ('ESPN Productions') as part of a corporate restructuring. That restructuring resulted in the merger of ESPN Productions and ERT, which were sister subsidiaries of ESPN, Inc., with ESPN Productions as the surviving entity. This merger was consummated on October 1, 2016. ESPN, Inc. remains the parent company of the earth station registrant. This application is being filed to ensure that the FCC records are updated to reflect the new registrant, ESPN Productions, Inc.
