("CapRock"), Assignee herein, through counsel; and pursuant to Section 25.119(f) of the FCC‘s Rules, hereby requests an extension of 60 days, until May 28, 2011, to consummate the above referenced assignments of license. On November 22; 2010 and November 30, 2010, Schlumberger Technology Corporation ("Schlumberger") Assignor herein, and CapRock filed the above—referenced applications secking FCC‘s consent to the assignment of the above—referenced licenses. On January 26, 2011, the International Bureau gave public notice of its approval of the above—referenced assignments.‘ Pursuant to Section 25. 119(f) of the FCC‘s Rules, the deadline for consummating the assignment of the licenses is 60 days after authorization, that is, by March 28, 2011. However, owing to anticipated delays in obtaining authorizations to assign the foreign licenses involved in the transaction, the assignments will not able to be consummated within the . allotted 60 day time period. It is currently anticipated that the closing will take place in early April 2011. However, to be on the safe side and avoid the need for filing for additional extensionsin case of unanticipated additional delays, CapRock respectfully requests an extension of 60 days, or until May 28, 2011, to consummate the assignments. Granting this extension would serve the public interest by allowing necessary additional time to complete assignments of license which the FCC has already determined to be in the public interest.
