On February 4, 2009, China United Network Communications Group Company Limited (formerly China United Telecommunications Corporation) (“China Unicom”) and China Network Communications Group Corporation (“China Netcom”) notified the Commission of the pro forma assignment of China Netcom’s interests in the TPE Cable Network to China Unicom, which is also a licensee on the cable.1 No other ownership interests have changed since the filing of the above- referenced modification application. Consequently, upon approval of the pending application, the ownership interests of the TPE Cable Network will be as follows: AT&T Corp. 8.20% China Telecom 13.11% China Unicom 26.22% Chunghwa Telecom 13.11% KT Corporation 13.11% NTT Com 13.11% Verizon 13.11% __________________________ 1 China United Network Communications Group Company Limited and China Network Communications Group Corporation, Notification of Pro Forma Assignment of Cable Landing License, File No. SCL-ASG-20090204-00001 (filed Feb. 4, 2009).
