8. Description Intelsat License LLC herein requests a grant of Special Temporary Authority for 60 days, from July 10, 2012, through September 7, 2012, to use Intelsat 19 (Call Sign S2850) to provide commercial Fixed-Satellite Service using the 12250-12750 MHz frequency band on a non-interference, non-protected basis at the 166.0 E.L. orbital location.
9. By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
