PanAmSat Licensee Corp. herein requests Special Temporary Authority for 30 days beginning April 9, 2010 to continue to drift Galaxy 12 (call sign S2422) past 129.0 W.L. to 133.3 W. L., begin operation, and then drift back to 133.0 W.L. 9. By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject Yes No to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti−Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
