(d/b/a “SES”), is a company formed under the laws of The Netherlands and its ownership information is provided in detail in Exhibit C to this modification application. This request is not subject to the provisions regarding foreign ownership and control of certain FCC licenses under Section 310(b) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended. SES seeks only to modify the U.S. market access authorization for The Netherlands-licensed SES-4 satellite and does not seek or propose to modify an FCC license.
