Re:    Notice of Commencement of Inclined Orbit Operations for Galaxy 12
       Call Sign S2422

Dear Ms. Dortch:

       Pursuant to Section 25.280(a) of the Federal Communications Commission’s (“FCC” or
“Commission”) rules (47 C.F.R. § 25.280(a)), Intelsat License LLC hereby notifies the FCC of the
commencement of inclined orbit operations for Galaxy 12.1 Set forth below is the information
required by the Commission.

(1)    The operator’s name is Intelsat License LLC.

(2)    The satellite is expected to leave the 0.05° inclination control box on September 23, 2018. The
       last north/south station-keeping maneuver occurred on August 7, 2018.

(3)    The initial inclination (after the last north/south station-keeping maneuver) was 0.046 °.

(4)    The rate of change in inclination per year is as follows:

The current expected end-of-life of the satellite accounting for inclined orbit operations is December
2023.
