(“Planet”) hereby informs the Commission that Planet is no longer pursuing the launch of 56 Dove satellites (“Flock 2c”) on the SpaceX FormoSat-5/SHERPA mission. Planet has no plans to replace that launch with another launch to a similar elliptical orbit; all further Planet launches are to be below 660 km altitude, pursuant to the conditions detailed in SAT-MOD- 20150802-00053 and consistent with the agreement with ORBCOMM License Corp.
