(“Planet Labs"), and Tony Lin, counsel for Planet Labs, met with the following representatives of the International Bureau (“Bureau”): Jose Albuquerque, Satellite Division Chief; Karl Kensinger, Deputy Division Chief; Stephen Duall, Policy Branch Chief; Kathyrn Medley, Engineering Branch Chief; Cindy Spiers, Policy Branch Attorney Advisor; and Trang Nguyen, Systems Analysis Branch. Planet Labs explained that it had reached an agreement in principle with ORBCOMM License Corp. (“ORBCOMM”) resolving the issues raised in the ORBCOMM filing regarding the above-referenced application1 and provided details regarding that agreement. Planet Labs also stated that the parties intend to file a letter regarding that agreement soon. Pursuant to Section 1.1206(b) of the Commission’s rules, this letter is being filed electronically in the above-referenced proceeding.
