Modification Application File No. SAT-MOD-20131125-00138 Dear Ms. Dortch: On November 25, 2013, DG Consents Sub, Inc. (“DG Consents”) filed the above- referenced application to modify its Earth Exploration Satellite Service system licensed under Call Sign S2129 (“Modification Application”). The Modification Application requested in part a change in the orbital altitude of GeoEye-1, one of the space stations comprising DG Consent’s EESS system. With this letter, DG Consents, by its counsel, hereby advises the Commission that it no longer seeks a change in the orbital altitude of GeoEye-1, and respectfully requests the removal of that portion of the Modification Application. The second portion of the Modification Application seeking authority to consolidate DG Consent’s EESS space stations under Call Sign S2129 remains unchanged.
