(Celsa). ‘The application includes a request to extend Celsit‘s milestones to complete construction and Iaunch is stelite ito ts assigned orbital location.. Priort filingthe modification appliation, Celsatamended its manofacturing contract with Loral. Celsat reported that satllite construction has commenced in accordance with the amended contract.. Celsa‘s application alsostated that Loralis expected to complete a revised critialdesign review (CDRfor Celsat‘s modified satellite system in January 2005." ‘To assistin processing Celsat‘s modification application, we request that Celsat provide the following informationto the Commission: 1) A eapy of the documentation package prepared for payload subsystem CDR and the resuling CDR Report and Actions Items is(on paper or CD—ROM) for tJanuary 2005 CDR; 2) Evidence (such as cancelled checks) thatall milstone payments required in the amended satellite manufacturing contract with Space Systems/Loral, Inc. dated July 12, 2004 have been made up to, inincluding, thedate othis eterand 3) Evidence of physical construction, sich as photographs, bills of materils,or subcontractor contrct(s) ‘ Celst Ameria,Inc.
