Re: Erratum to Application for Authority to Launch and Operate Intelsat 15R, a
Replacement Satellite with New Frequencies; Call Sign (S3022)
              File No. SAT-LOA-20171027-00145

Dear Ms. Dortch:

Intelsat License LLC (“Intelsat”) herein corrects an inadvertent omission in its above referenced
Application for Authority to Launch and Operate Intelsat 15R (S3022). The error is only found in the
Engineering Statement; there is no error in the Legal Narrative or Schedule S.

Specifically, Section 7 of the Engineering Statement fails to list the International Telecommunication
Union (“ITU”) filing for 29.1-29.25 GHz. Intelsat 15R’s operations in 29.1-29.25 GHz will use the
ITU filing of the Administration of Papua New Guinea NEW DAWN 34. Accordingly, the fifth
paragraph of Section 7 should now read:

Intelsat 15R’s operations in the 17800-20200 MHz and 27500-30000 MHz bands will
use the ITU filing of the Administration of Papua New Guinea NEW DAWN 34.

Please direct any questions regarding this supplement to the undersigned at (703) 559-6949.

Respectfully submitted,

/s/ Cynthia J. Grady
