               Subject:        Contract Intelsat 27 (IS—27) Spacecraft; Status of Spacecraft
                               Construction


               Dear Mr. Froeliger,

               This letter is provided to Intelsat Satellite LLC to summarize the current progress of
               construction of the Intelsat 27 Spacecraft.

                   1.     The Spacecraft Critical Design Review was completed on 25 May 2011.
                   2.     The spacecraft construction is underway. The spacecraft structure is
                          scheduled to be completed in October 2011. The payload, bus and
                          propulsion units are on schedule to support payload bus and propulsion
                          integration by December, 2011.
                   3;     Spacecraft Thermal Vacuum testing and Dynamics testing is scheduled
                          for the summer of 2012.

               The Spacecraft is scheduled to ship to the launch site in the fourth quarter of 2012.

               correct.
