("TRW") filed an Opposition to the Petition for Partial Reconsideration and Request for Clarification ("Petition and Request") of Mobile Communications Holdings, Inc. ("MCHI") regarding certain aspects of the decision of the International Bureau (the "Bureau") to grant MCHI a license in the above—referenced proceeding. See Mobile Communications Holdings, Inc., 12 FCC Red 9663 (Int‘l. Bur. 1997). At that time, TRW was authorized to operate a satellite system in the Mobile Satellite Service Above 1 GHz (the "MSS Above 1 GHz") in some of the same bands that the Bureau had authorized MCHI to use for its own MSS Above 1 GHz system. TRW has since relinquished its MSS Above 1 GHz authorization, and therefore will no longer oppose MCHI‘s Petition and Request. Accordingly, TRW hereby withdraws its Opposition to the MCHI Petition and Request.
