("TRW") filed an Application for Review of the decision of the International Bureau to grant Mobile Communications Holdings, Inc. ("MCHI") a license to construct, launch and operate a satellite system in the Mobile Satellite Service Above 1 GHz (the "MSS Above 1 GHz"). See Mobile Communications Holdings, Inc., 12 FCC Red 9663 (Int‘l. Bur., 1997). At that time, TRW was authorized to operate a satellite system in the MSS Above 1 GHz in some of the same bands that MCHI plans to use for its system. TRW has since relinquished its MSS Above 1 GHz authorization, and therefore will no longer pursue Commission review of the International Bureau‘s decision regarding MCHI‘s system application. Accordingly, TRW hereby withdraws its Application for Review of that decision.
