EYT, David Drucker is enroute this afternoon to MYC at the invitation of a group of finance people, The time is really ripe for grant of this Re—band application, Ideally, both the @contact and Northrop Ka—band applications would be granted simaltaneously« That would optinize the prospects of success in the provision of the services promised by the applications, starting with Alaska and HawaiL. Hote too that the Ka—band technology is working exceedingly well. There are already 10,000 subscribers on WildBlue, far more than projected. The market is ready for @contact and Ra—band services. bo you have any roughestimated date for when the Ka—band decisions might be Assved? "In a few months" is what we were told many, many months ago, T think the Ka—band appiications have been pending for seven years now. Thanks!
