The effective date of these actions is the release date of this Notice, except where an effective date is specified. SAT-STA-20100929-00203 E S2387 PanAmSat Licensee Corp. Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 10/05/2010 On October 5, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to PanAmSat Licensee Corp. for a period of 30 days to continue to conduct telemetry, tracking, and telecommand operations with the Galaxy 15 space station outside the +/-0.05º east/west station-keeping box previously authorized for Galaxy 15.
