Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Date Filed: 03/30/2010 17:51:48:61300 Special Temporary Authority PanAmSat Licensee Corp. requests special temporary authority for a period of 90 days, beginning June 25, 2010, to conduct telemetry, tracking and telecommand operations necessary to drift the Intelsat-2 space station from the 169.10º E.L. orbital location to the 157.0° E.L. orbital location and to operate the satellite in the C- and Ku-bands temporarily at the 157.0º E.L. location. Specifically, PanAmSat seeks to operate in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 12250-12750 MHz (space-to-Earth), and 14000-14500 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
