The effective date of these actions is the release date of this Notice, except where an effective date is specified. INFORMATIVE SAT-MOD-20080523-00113 S2253 PanAmSat Licensee Corp. On May 20, 2009, PanAmSat Licensee Corp. withdrew its request for authority to relocate Galaxy 11 to the 84.9 W.L. orbital location in the first quarter of 2011 and to operate the satellite in the 3700-4200 MHz/ 5925-6425 MHz C-band frequencies.
