to continue to operate the Intelsat 16 Ku-band beam over a new coverage area in the communications frequencies of 11.7-12.2 GHz
(space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) in order to conduct a customer test.

Special Temporary Authority

On January 31, 2019, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 30 days,
to continue to operate a C/Ku-band satellite, the JCSAT-RA space station, at the 168.9º E.L. orbital location to provide fixed-satellite service in
the 3940-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 6225-6485 MHz (Earth-to-space), 12.2-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 13.8-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space)
frequency bands. Intelsat is also granted authority to continue to conduct telemetry, tracking and command operations necessary to drift
JCSAT-RA from the 169.0° E.L. orbital location to the 168.9° E.L. orbital location, and maintain it upon its arrival at that location using the
center frequencies of 13.9935 GHz and 14.496 GHz (Earth-to-space); and 4199.55 MHz, 12.2485 GHz, 12.7472 GHz, 12.74835 GHz and
12.74975 GHz (space-to-Earth).

The Satellite Division has determined that BlackSky Global LLC has met the launch and begin operations milestone associated with its
grant of authority to construct, deploy and operate a constellation of up to four technically identical non-geostationary orbit space stations,
called Global 1-4 (Call Sign S3032), and may release the bond associated with this authorization. See 47 CFR §§ 25.164(b)(1) and (f) and
25.165(d).

The Satellite Division has determined that Horizons-3 License LLC has met the launch and begin operations milestone associated with its
grant of authority to launch and operate the Horizons 3e space station at 169.0° W.L. (Call Sign S2947) and may release the bond
associated with this space station, as provided in the Comprehensive Review of Licensing and Operating Rules for Satellite Services,
Second Report and Order, 30 FCC Rcd 14713 (2015).
