Hughes seeks authority to operate in the 18.3-19.3 GHz (space-to-Earth), 19.7-20.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 27.5-28.0 GHz (Earth-to-space), 28.1-28.6 GHz (Earth-to-space), 29.3-29.9 GHz (Earth-to-space), 29.992-29.996 GHz (Earth-to-space), 40.0-42.0 GHz (space-to-Earth), 47.2-50.2 GHz (Earth-to-space), and 50.4-51.4 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. T11 provides fixed-satellite services, including direct-to-home services, in the 18.3-18.8 GHz (space-to-Earth), 28.35-28.6 GHz (Earth-to-space), and 29.25-29.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
