The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined that the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions, and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless

 Launch and Operating Authority


 Hughes Network Systems, LLC requests authority to launch and operate a geostationary orbit space station, HNS 95W, to be located at the 95.2°
 W.L. orbital location. Hughes seeks authority to operate in the 18.3-19.3 GHz (space-to-Earth), 19.7-20.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 27.5-28.0 GHz
 (Earth-to-space), 28.1-28.6 GHz (Earth-to-space), 29.3-29.9 GHz (Earth-to-space), 29.992-29.996 GHz (Earth-to-space), 40.0-42.0 GHz
 (space-to-Earth), 47.2-50.2 GHz (Earth-to-space), and 50.4-51.4 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Telemetry,tracking and command will
 be conducted using the following center frequencies: 19.705 GHz (space-to-Earth), 19.707 GHz (space-to-Earth), 29.993 GHz (Earth-to-space),
 and 29.995 GHz (Earth-to-space). Hughes seeks waivers of sections 2.102(a), 2.106, 25.114(c)(4)(vii), 25.156(d)(3)-(5), 25.157(e)(1), and
 25.202(a)(1) of the Commission's rules.

 DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC requests modification of the authorization for its T11 space station, which operates at the 99.185º W.L. orbital
 location, to: (1) allow use of the adjacent 29.56165-29.57165 GHz frequencies for the limited purpose of receiving telemetry, tracking and
 command signals on a backup basis; and (2) update records to reflect the correct expiration date for the T11 space station, which is July 21,
 2023. T11 provides fixed-satellite services, including direct-to-home services, in the 18.3-18.8 GHz (space-to-Earth), 28.35-28.6 GHz
 (Earth-to-space), and 29.25-29.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
