Waiver for Zoning
The Town of Steilacoom, Washington, has petitioned the Commission for a waiver of 47 U.S.C. 25.104 (b)(1) regarding preemption
of local zoning rules and regulations relating to satellite transmission receiving equipment. This waiver would permit the Town of
Steilacoom to enforce local zoning regulations affecting the placement and appearance of satellite earth station antennas in a district
listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

*****NOTE: Comments of this waiver may be filed on or before February 8, 2000 and replies on or before February 23, 2000.
