The effective date of these actions is the release date of this Notice, except where an effective date is specified. INFORMATIVE SAT-MOD-20150802-00053 S2912 Planet Labs Inc. The Satellite Division designates the above-captioned proceeding as "permit-but-disclose" for purposes of the Commission's rules governing ex parte communications, effective January 21, 2016. We find that designating this proceeding as "permit-but-disclose" will serve the public interest by facilitating the resolution of broad policy issues raised by the application.
