The effective date of these actions is the release date of this Notice, except where an effective date is specified. SAT-STA-20130717-00095 E S2704 Intelsat License LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 09/05/2013 On September 5, 2013, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 180 days, to: (1) provide Fixed-Satellite Service via Intelsat 5, in inclined orbit, at the 50.15° E.L. orbital location in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space); 10.70-10.95 GHz, 11.2-11.45 GHz, and 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth); and 12.75-13.25 GHz and 14.0-14.25 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands; and (2) conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to maintain Intelsat 5 at 50.15° E.L. using the following center frequencies: 14.498 GHz and 13.999 GHz (Earth-to-space); 11.451 GHz, 11.452 GHz, and 11.454 GHz (space-to-Earth).
