We hereby requested the authorities to extend the STA for 180 days, applicant filed the extension application as on August 20, 2019. The extended STA is set to expire on August 27, 2019, Team Telecom had not yet completed its review. Applicant has already responded fully to all questions received from Team Telecom in July 2018 i.e. July 9, 2018. The application remains pending with Team Telecom at this time. Applicant is seeking the STA extension pending grant of its transfer of control application, so thatit can continue to provide services to its customers in the international telecommunications services market, who are depending on applicant for their telecommunications needs. Applicant acknowledges that the grant of this STA extension request will not prejudice any action that the Commission may take on the underlying transfer of control application. Applicant further acknowledges that the grant of the STA may be revoked by the Commission on its own motion without a hearing. In response of section 63.18(e)(3) of the Commission‘s rules, 47 C.F.R. §63.18(e)(3), applicant certifies that it will comply with the terms and conditions off all applicable Commission‘s rules and regulations, as appropriate.
