("Five9") respectfully submits this supplemental filing to its January 20, 2013 International Section 214 Special Temporary Authority ("STA") Application. As CEO of Five9, I, Michael Burkland certify under the standards listed on the STA Application, 18 U.S.C. § 1001, 47 U.S.C. § 312(a)(1), 47 U.S.C. § 503, that Five9 supplements its STA Application by agreeing to the following three (3) provisions: (1) the STA can be modified or revoked by the Federal Communications Commission (the "Commission") upon its own motion without a hearing; (2) the grant of the STA will not prejudice any action the Commission may take regarding Five9‘s underlying International Section 214 application; and (3) the grant of the STA does not prejudice the Commiuission from taking any enforcement actions for failure to comply with the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, or the Commission‘s rules.
