ATTACHMENT 1 APPLICATION OF BRESNAN DIGITAL SERVICES, LLC FOR SPECIAL TEMPORARY AUTHORITY IN CONNECTION WITH FILE NO. ITC-214-2006117-00525 Question 10: Bresnan Digital Services, LLC (“Bresnan Digital”) respectfully requests that the Commission grant this request for special temporary authority (“STA”). Grant of this STA request would be in the public interest because it would ensure continued authorization for the operations of Bresnan Digital and its subsidiaries relying on Bresnan Digital’s international 214 authorization during the time that the Commission reviews the associated transfer of control application. Bresnan Digital is attaching a copy of that application for further details of the underlying transfer of control. Question 12: Not applicable. Bresnan Digital is not a foreign carrier, nor is it affiliated with a foreign carrier. Question 16 (63.18(d), (e)(3) and (g): (d) A statement as to whether the applicant has previously received authority under Section 214 of the Act and, if so, a general description of the categories of facilities and services authorized (i.e., authorized to provide international switched services on a facilities basis). Please see the response to this question on p. 6-7 of the attached transfer of control application. (e)(3) and (g) Not applicable because Bresnan Digital is not seeking to expand its authorization to include authority under 63.18(e)(3).
