Through its attorneys, Faith is amending its applicationby: (1) withdrawing its request for nune pro tunc approval of the transfer of control; (2) stating that Masato Nakanishi is a Japanese citizen; and (3) deleting all references indicating that the subject transfer of control constitutes an indirect transfer of control.
