9. Description of Special Temporary Authority Requested.
By this application, Satamatics requests authority to continue to provide essential Inmarsat D+ service using the Inmarsat 4F2 satellite, with its new corporate ownership structure and while its notification of pro forma transfer of control and underlying Section 214 application to allow it to provide D+ service using the Inmarsat 4F2 satellite are pending before the Commission.
