Deiaware." On May 10, 2001, BBO sent a notice to all current customers in the United States
indicating that it had filed bankruptcy and intended to discontinue service to all customers. A
copy of this notification is attached hereto.

        BBO will be discontinuing its provision of data services as of June 11, 2001. These
services include BBO Office, Gateway, VPN, Firewall, Private Line, T1/T3, DSL, and
Remote Access. You will need to contact another provider of the data service as soon as
possible and arrange for replacement service. The nationally—recognized long distance
carriers listed in the paragraph above, as well as the incumbent local telephone company and
other competitive local telephone companies, are capable of providing most or all of the data
services you receive from BBO.

        For applications customers, BBO will be discontinuing its provision ofits applications
services including e—purchasing, sales force automation, human resources management,
professional services automation, and I—services on June 11, 2001. BBO currently provides
these services to you by reselling other companies‘ services. We will immediately provide


your company‘s contact information to the underlying provider of these serviczes who wiil
contact you about obtaining service directlyfrom them and without interrupt. on.
Alternatively, you may wish to contact another provider of the application service you are
receiving and obtain service directly from them.

        For hosted exchange customers, BBO will be discontinuing Hosted E:tck ange service
on June 11, 2001. We will immediately provide your company‘s contact informution to
TeleComputing, Inc., the vendor we believe most suited to present a smooth transition, a 1d
request that they contact you about continuing service. TeleComputing, Inc. 1197‘ be reache
at 1—888—9—ASP NOW. If you choose to purchase Hosted Exchange service fron .
TeleComputing, Inc., we will make best efforts to work with TCI and attemp! to transfer yo ir
existing data from our network to TCI‘s network. Due to BBO‘s familiarity wit1
TeleComputing, Inc.‘s hardware and software, and given the short time frame of this
transition, we can make this offer to assist in the data transfer only if you elect t« take Hasted
Exchange from TeleComputing, Inc., and not from any other provider. We strongly
encourage you to contact TeleComputing, Inc. as soon as possible to ensure a sniooth
transition.
