STA is needed to operate a currently valid experimental license (WC2XQR) for an extremely brief period of time (96 hours) at a location (Hyatt Hotel in St. Louis, MO) which is different from its authorized station locations. All special conditions of the current license will be complied with by licensee. To demonstrate the technology being utilized by licensee for low power emissions not involving antenna structures. Operations will be conducted in St. Louis, Missouri - NL 38.63.299. WL 90.21.624.
