Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This STA is required to conduct RF shielding High Intensity Radiated Field (HIRF) tests on a Boeing 767 in accordance with procedures identified directives listed in Exhibit 1. The testing window is for a duration of three weeks, which is dependent upon the extension approval of STA WB9XYX, File number 0454-EX-ST-2004. This is due to to the fact that this new STA will be testing on the same aircraft as STA WB9XYX.
