Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Telenor Satellite, Inc. is requesting expedited action for a renewal of our previous STA, call sign WC9XBE, to support a ground-based demonstration of a picocell system using GSM handsets. The demonstration will be taking place at a conference at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Boston, Mass, and we have already coordinated with PCS licensee T-Mobile (callsign KNLF954) to share one of their channels in the 1900MHz band for the demonstration. The demonstration is scheduled to take place between May 21 to 26.
