RF Film, Inc. is filing an STA request for the shooting of a Action Unit Production at and around the Manhattan Bridge area. RF Film, Inc. submits that there are extraordinary circumstances warranting a grant of the STA request. Action Unit has contracted RF Film, Inc. to provide the necessary microwave for the shooting of Clifford the Big Red Dog. Due to the extreme frequency congestion in the downtown Manhattan NY Bridge area, coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television and News coverage of special events in the area, RF Film requests the use of a channel in the 2360-2390MHz and 1435-1525MHz Telemetry Band.
