Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:

This request is made to maintain compliance for possible low level radiation from a Temperature/Humidity/Altitude chamber. The chamber is being modified/hardened for shielding effectiveness of greater than 60dB of attenuation at the transmit frequency 149MHz. The duration of the test is 10 minutes each side (total 2) at altitude. We are located 1 mile south of Los Angeles International Airport.
