Special Temporary Authority application - Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Currently 3.1-3.34Ghz frequencies are restricted. To operate radio equipment at that frequency we require special permissions from the FCC. We are currently on a DoD project with CRANE Contract #FA807518D0002 and require over the air testing of our new algorithms on this frequency range to provide proof of concept.

Special Temporary Authority application - Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:
To demonstrate new algorithm for spectrum sharing on 3.1Ghz - 3.34Ghz for DoD project #FA807518D0002. The demonstration will show that sensing is successful in identification of radar use in that frequency range and that we are able to modify the 5G communication signal without interfering of priority use signals in that range.
