(“Northwood”), pursuant to Section 5.61 of the Commission’s rules, hereby requests Special Temporary Authority (“STA”) for a period of 60 days to operate its earth station facility at Ventura, California (Call Sign E260035; File No. SES-LIC-20260121-00612; the “Ventura Facility”) to provide telemetry, tracking, and command (“TT&C”) and antenna performance-validation support due to emergent mission requirements.
