Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation has offered a proposal to the Department of Homeland Securitys Customs and Border Partrol for the Integrated Fixed Tower (IFT) Program. This program requires an NTIA approved wireless communications system. In addition offerors must demonstrate their working system as part of the proposal process. Northrop Grumman requires temporary permission to setup and operate two wireless links using Cambium Networks (formerly Motorola) PTP 45600 radios operating in the federal 4.4-4.6 GHz band. Permission is only required for the setup and execution of the demonstration
