Please explain the purpose of operation:
Demonstration of 3G technology to show added forms of communication of immediate use by the military. The demonstration will use 3G technology to show added forms of communication useable by the military by supporting new applications that adapt technologies that are in commercial use, such as SMS, video, and social networking applications.
