The facilities under Call Sign will be used for the additional contract specified below: ? Contract number KM8116 to design, test and construct MESA radars for the Government of Turkey. Northrop Grumman requests no changes to the technical parameters of the authorization, including the information submitted in Exhibit 1 under file number 0232-EX-PL-2000, which has been classified as ?Secret? by the Department of Defense, and for which confidential treatment was granted by the Commission. In addition to the new contract listed above, Northrop Grumman will continue to use the facilities authorized under Call Sign WC2XMH to design, test and construct MESA radars for use in Project Wedgetail aircraft for the Australian Air Force pursuant to contract JU9570, as was disclosed in the application under file number 0232-EX-PL-2000.
