Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
LM request Special Temporary Authority for frequency transmission in order to test out added capabilities of Mobile Ad Hoc Networking (MANET), Very Wide Bandwidth Networking Waveform (WNW)network through put, chat and web browsing as well as Link 16 for crossbanding to WNW. Due to newly we are requesting a modification to STA file number 0359-EX-ST-2006 XC FX. Due to recent technical developments in the course of our preparation for the AMF JTRS flight demonstration, a frequency bandwidth adjustment of 100MegHz with 50MegHz on either side of 1378MegHz is requested.
