This STA is required due to the processing time of the original regular authorization request filed May 2004. This is needed to meet contractual obligations for testing and integration of systems prior to final testing and deployment foy trainign an ddelivery of aircraft.

Please explain the purpose of operation:
We will be installing this system along witth teh Hakkim systems for testing and integration evaluations of systems for compatibility with other avionics and eletronics systems. This is required priorto deployment for final testing of overall systems and training prior to delivery of aircraft to customer.
