Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Due to recent amendment to contract requirements, we are being asked to begin testing of operational equipment as of 08/23/2004 and to present a demonstration of systems operations near Reno, NV begining 09/02/2004 until approximately 09/11/2004. The testing in at our Orlando facility will continue until 10/07/2004. This testing is supplememtal to our pending request for operations for 60 months.
