Special Temporary Authority application - Purpose of Operation

Please explain the purpose of operation:

To operate facility described in Technical Exhibits 1 and 2 (included as Attachments to this Request) for six months to fulfill Lockheed Martins contractual obligations to the Department of Defense and other federal agencies. Please note that the frequency information in the particulars of operation section of the Technical Data section of the form is a compilation for the antennas; detailed technical information called for in Section 5.61 for each antenna is included in Technical Exhibits 1 and 2.
