Please explain the purpose of operation:
To test weapon telemetry. The transmitting antenna is a circumferential antenna meaning it circles around the WCMD weapon system. The antenna pattern is essentially a donut slipped down over the weapon with nulls fore and aft along the long axis of the weapon but Omni-directional around the weapon.
