Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Lockheed Martin proposes mobile test signals to be transmitted in an existing receive antenna test facility at the Electronics Park NY location. The STA is requested to verify and demonstrate capabilities of the new ?HB Array? receiver antenna and signal processing system. Transmissions are needed to test the receiver and provide test data for upgrades of government surveillance capability to anticipated US Department of Defense security requirements.
