Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
LMC-Syracuse has requested permission from Fort Drum to allow us to setup the PSTAR radar at Wheeler-Sack Army Airfield - Fort Drum, New York, Lat/Long: 44-03-20.400N / 075-43-10.200W for 1 to 3 days during April/May 2004 so we can gather data on helicopter characteristics for our Baysian classification algorithms. Wed like to utilize the same 10 frequencies that we are currently licensed for.
