This STA is being requested to permit operations on existing systems, due to the delay in the processing of initial application, 0147-ex-pl-2001 which was combined with our filing 0148-EX-PL-2001 due to close similarities in the applications, filed 06/20/2001. The initial applications were filed to replace the purged renewal applications filed in 1995 due to the long time delay in the renewal processing. This system is part of a on going government contract for new radar systems that are being developed, tested and delivered on a long standing government contract.
