This request is necessary due to delay in processing of existing application on file. These assignments are critical in the progression and delivery of products under our long standing and continuing contract with the Department of Defense. The current filing, 0146-EX-PL-2001, was necessary because the original renewal application was purged from the FCC database due to the length of time it was pending. The original renewals were filed in 1995.
