Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
In fullfillment of a govenment contact with CDC/NIOSH for compliance with the Miner Act. L-3 Communications will install an wireless communication system operating in the frequensy range of 902 to 928 MHz. at the Sentinel Mine in West Virginia. The Communication system will operate below ground and aboveground near the entrance of the mine. The term of operation will be from 18 September 2008 until 31 January 2009.
